Course Overview:
GBR is bone regeneration achieved using a selective barrier that can be considered in two groups: resorbable and non-resorbable membranes. In recent years, the use of resorbable membranes has become increasingly widespread. In the past, they were simply placed on top of the graft. Today we know that the fixation of such devices is crucial to ensure the success of the regenerative procedure. The operators will stimulate the GBR procedure by performing the harvesting, mixing and fixation of the membrane.
